Premium Performance Consulting (PPC) has been awarded the contract by Welthungerhilfe (WHH) to conduct the final evaluation of the project in Kabul, Balkh, Jawzjan, Takhar, Kunduz, and Samangan. This evaluation assessed the project’s achievements against baseline and midline values, focusing on the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability, and impact on participants’ lives.
