The project involved administering teacher registration questionnaires and school-level surveys to verify public school teachers, principals, and short-term contract staff. PPC managed field operations, including training, logistics, data collection, quality checks, and reporting in the 3 target provinces (Nangarhar, Kunar and Laghman) The data collection registered 19,400 teachers and staff and verified 1,713 schools, using 50 male and 31 female enumerators across 3 provinces.
