PPC was responsible for the field management of the Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) project, including digitizing the tools, the training and coordination of survey teams, data collection, logistics, and performing quality checks. This also involved translating and ensuring quality control at both the provincial and Kabul levels, and delivering cleaned datasets.
Key data collection details:
• Structured Interviews: 6,954 teachers interviewed from 4,018 schools.
• Data Collection Teams: 40 male enumerators, 7 field supervisors, and 29 female enumerators.
• Coverage: 338 districts across 32 provinces of Afghanistan.
